Our Products

Can your products be guaranteed nut-free for people with nut allergies?

Unfortunately we cannont guarantee that our products are nut-free since our facility packages nuts, and we use nuts and nut butters in our energy bars, trail mixes, and cereals.

How are your bulk items packaged?
We package our by-the-pound bulk items in resealable stand up pouches and heat seal the top before shipping.
Are all of your products gluten free?

None of the products we sell contain gluten naturally, but some of the bulk nuts, seeds, or dried fruit we purchase may have been shelled in a facility that contains wheat, so it is possible that traces of gluten exist.

How many energy bars are included in each box of custom bars?

Each box of custom bars includes 12 bars, plus an additional bar of our of our own flavours.

How long will my energy bars stay fresh?

This depends on the ingredients selected, but most bars will last 60-90 days if refrigerated.  Bars can also be frozen to increase their longevity even further.

Does any of your dried fruit contain sulphates, sugars, or preservatives?

All of our fruite is sulphate-free, and contains no preservatives.  Only our dried banana chips contain small amounts of sugar.

Can I add graphics to my custom energy bar, trail mix, smoothie mix, and ceral packages?

Absoutely!  We can add graphics including pictures, business logos etc. to any of the labels on our custom products.  We even have an in-house graphics designer that can work with you to help you design the perfect label. 

Do you offer wholesale discounts on your products?

We do offer wholesale discounts on all of our custom products, as well as our nuts, seeds, and dried fruit.  Pricing depends on location, and volume, so please contact us and we would be happy to give you a quote.

Do you sell gift certificates?

We do!  Gift certificates can be purchased online and are automatically emailed to the recipient.  We can also send a phsycial gift certificats if you prefer.  More information about gift certificates and the gift options we offer is available on this page.  

How do I know the products you list as "organic" are actually certified organic?

All of the foods we sell are purchased either directly from the farmers that grow them, or, from a handful of established / well trusted local suppliers. We only purchase from companies that can provide us with paperwork from one of these CFIA accredited certification bodies that proves the authenticity of their product.

Shipping & Delivery

Do you ship to P.O. boxes?

Yes - all orders that require shipment to P.O. boxes are shipped via Canada Post.

How do I track my order?
Once an order has been placed, you will receive tracking information via email within 48 hours.
Do you ship Internationally?

Currently we can ship most products anywhere in Canada and the USA.  If you need an item shipped to another country, please contact us prior to placing your order.

Can I pickup my order?

Pickup is availalbe, however, since we do not have a retail store front we ask that you contact us after placing your order to arrange a pickup time.

How long until I receive my order?
Shipping typically takes between 1-7 business days from the day the item ships, depending on your location. All items are shipped from Guelph Ontario, Canada.
Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free shipping on any Canadian orders that total $99 or more before taxes.

Billing & Payment

What Payment Methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, Paypal, and email transfer in Canadian dollars.  We also accept cash and cheques for local orders.

What is your return policy?
Please contact us within 48 hours if there is a problem with your order.
Most unopened products can be returned for a full refund of the purchased price. Products must be sealed, unopened, and in original packaging. Products must be shipped back to U-RAAW! at the customers' expense. All merchandise must be insured properly by the customer. Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the returned products, minus shipping costs. If items are not insured properly and get lost or damaged when returned, we cannot grant refunds.

How do I know your website is secure?

Our website uses the most secure SSL encryption technology available to ensure that your private information stays safe.  Our SSL certificate can be verified by clicking on the green padlock at the top of the browser window when you are on the checkout page.


How can I use a coupon code on your site?

To use a coupon code, click the "Shopping Cart" link in the upper right side of the main navigation menu.  Now select the "Use Coupon Code" box, and the coupon will be applied to your cart.

How can I reorder a custom product I've already created?

Each custom product you make is assigned it's own unique "reorder code".  This code can be found on the order invoice that is emailed to you, or on the invoice in the "My Account" section of the site.
